Cocktail rings for a little flair on your night out…A one-of-a-kind accessory that is as fun to make as it is to wear. I haven’t made these available in my online Etsy store yet. But they go fast at the Blue Heron. These rings have a tatted flower base called Flair with beads tatted around the edge in various ways. Glass seed beads, rocailles, stones, crystals, wood, glass rounds and Sterling silver embellish the rings. Each one is different. The ring base is stone agate in various colors. I hope to have a nice assortment of rings for the Keystone Summit in December. More rings can be found under Barrettes, Brooches and Rings to the left.
The Flair Cocktail Ring pictured here is one of my favorites. Victorian Red cordonnet was used for the Flair base. The edge has 2mm Hematite seeds and fringe beads. The inner ring of beads are red with an Aurora Borealis coating which gives a purple cast to them with seeds between. The center bead is a very large Hematite round. Set on a black base, this sold at the Blue Heron this summer. I love to think that someone out there has a stunning red dress and my ring has made it to a formal affair.
